Son g\u00fcnlerde baz\u0131 bas\u0131n organlar\u0131nda ve sosyal medyada, yeni bir varyant\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve h\u0131zl\u0131 yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin haberlerin yer almas\u0131 \u00fczerine bu bilgi notunun payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na gerek duyulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde DS\u00d6 verilerine g\u00f6re Amerika ve Avrupa\u2019dan 37 \u00fclkede COVID-19 vaka say\u0131lar\u0131nda %10\u2019un \u00fczerinde art\u0131\u015f saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 11 A\u011fustos\u20137 Eyl\u00fcl 2025 d\u00f6neminde 33 \u00fclkeden 10 964 hastaneye yat\u0131\u015f ve 29 \u00fclkeden 374 yo\u011fun bak\u0131m yat\u0131\u015f\u0131 bildirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>COVID-19\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmler Amerika, Avrupa ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya\u2019dan 11 \u00fclkede %10\u2019un \u00fczerinde art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. A\u011fustos 2025\u2019te bildirilen \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin %88\u2019i 65 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri bireylerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>T.C. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Solunum Yolu Viruslar\u0131 S\u00fcrveyans Raporlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u00fclkemizde 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda A\u011fustos ortalar\u0131ndan itibaren SARS-CoV-2 infeksiyonlar\u0131 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. 1\u20137 Eyl\u00fcl 2025 tarihlerine ait verileri i\u00e7eren son raporda influenza benzeri hastal\u0131k semptomlar\u0131 ile aile hekimlerine ba\u015fvuran hastalardan al\u0131nan 31 numunenin 13\u2019\u00fcnde (%41.9) solunum yolu virusu saptanm\u0131\u015f, bu viruslar\u0131n %46.2\u2019sini SARS-CoV-2 olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>A\u011f\u0131r akut solunum yolu infeksiyonu nedeniyle yatan hastalardan al\u0131nan 32 numunenin 11\u2019inde (%34.4) solunum yolu viruslar\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015f, bu viruslar\u0131n %45.5\u2019inin SARS-CoV-2 oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Son g\u00fcnlerde bas\u0131nda ve sosyal medyada \u201cFrankenstein\u201d varyant\u0131 olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan ve \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 yay\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6steren bir SARS CoV-2 varyant\u0131 olan XFG varyant\u0131yla ilgili haberler yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201cStratus\u201d olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan XFG varyant\u0131na ayn\u0131 zamanda \u201cFrankenstein\u201d denilmesinin nedeni, Omikron k\u00f6kenli LF.7 ile LP.8.1.2\u2019nin rekombinant\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019nce \u201cizlem alt\u0131ndaki varyant\u201d (VUM) stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. \u0130lk \u00f6rnekleri 27 Ocak 2025\u2019te saptanan XFG, 2025 ilkbahar\u2013yaz d\u00f6neminde varyantlar aras\u0131ndaki oran\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, \u00fclkemiz dahil t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f ve Eyl\u00fcl ba\u015f\u0131 itibariyle t\u00fcm sekanslar\u0131n %70\u2019ini olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>XFG, k\u00fcresel olarak dola\u015f\u0131mda olan varyantlara k\u0131yasla h\u0131zla yay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak, XFG, LP.8.1&#8217;e g\u00f6re sadece marjinal d\u00fczeyde ek ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f\u0131 sergilemektedir. COVID-19 i\u00e7in rutin ve genomik s\u00fcrveyansa devam edilmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Antiviral tedaviler y\u00f6n\u00fcnden nirmatrelvir\/ritonavir ve remdesivir i\u00e7in XFG\u2019ye \u00f6zel etkinlik kayb\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren veri bulunmamaktad\u0131r; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla y\u00fcksek riskli hastalarda erken test-erken antiviral yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fcncel k\u0131lavuzlara uygun \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>SARS-CoV-2\u2019nin \u201cspike\u201d proteininde devam eden mutasyonlar, a\u015f\u0131 form\u00fclasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenli olarak g\u00fcncellenmesini ve riskli gruplar\u0131n bu yeni a\u015f\u0131larla belli aralarla a\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. DS\u00d6 COVID-19 A\u015f\u0131 Bile\u015fenleri Teknik Dan\u0131\u015fma Grubu (TAG-CO-VAC)\u2019nun \u00f6nerileri do\u011frultusunda 2022 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren hemen hemen her y\u0131l bivalan veya monovalan olmak \u00fczere yeni antijen i\u00e7eren COVID-19 a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fcretilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f olup, en son 2025-2026 sezonu i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilen ve \u00fcretilen a\u015f\u0131larda monovalan Omikron JN.1 veya LP.8.1\u00a0su\u015flar\u0131 yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yeni su\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7erecek \u015fekilde g\u00fcncellenebilen a\u015f\u0131lar genel olarak mRNA ve protein temelli a\u015f\u0131lar olmu\u015ftur. \u00dclkemizde orijinal su\u015fu veya bile\u015fenlerini i\u00e7eren SARS-CoV-2 a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 (inaktive virus veya mRNA temelli) pandemi s\u00fcrecinde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak ilerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7te uygulanmas\u0131 gereken, i\u00e7eri\u011fi yenilenmi\u015f a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri \u00fclkemizde eri\u015filebilir olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ate\u015f, \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck, bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, burun t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, burun ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, tad\/koku alma kayb\u0131 gibi viral solunum yolu infeksiyonu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcren semtomlarla ba\u015fvuran olgularda ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 tan\u0131da COVID-19\u2019un akla getirilmesi, a\u011f\u0131r COVID-19 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan riskli olan gruplardaysa kesin tan\u0131 i\u00e7in test yap\u0131larak antiviral a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ak\u0131lc\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00fclke \u00e7ap\u0131nda yap\u0131lmakta olan COVID-19 ve grip dahil viral solunum yolu infeksiyonlar\u0131 surveyans\u0131n\u0131n ve genomik s\u00fcrveyans\u0131n geni\u015fletilerek devam etmesi \u00fclkemizde bu infeksiyonlar\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz sonu\u00e7lardan toplumu korumak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli ve gereklidir. Gerek COVID-19\u2019dan gerekse gripten ki\u015fisel olarak korunmada, \u00f6ncelikle virus aktivitesinin art\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde olmak \u00fczere kapal\u0131\/kalabal\u0131k ortamlarda maske kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, bu t\u00fcr ortamlarda yeterli havaland\u0131rman\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve el hijyenine \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmesi de yararl\u0131d\u0131r.
