Ayr\u0131ca herhangi bir nedenle \u00f6l\u00fcm riskilerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k be\u015f kat fazla oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eubat-Aral\u0131k 2020 tarihleri aras\u0131nda hastaneden taburcu edilen ve sonras\u0131nda en az bir hafta hayatta kalan 24 673 COVID-19 hastas\u0131n\u0131n elektronik sa\u011fl\u0131k kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine&#8217;dan ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar verileri, 2019&#8217;da genel pop\u00fclasyondan demografik olarak e\u015fle\u015fen 123 362 kontrolden ve 2017-2019 aras\u0131nda grip tedavisi g\u00f6rd\u00fckten sonra hastaneden taburcu olan 16 058 hastadan elde edilen verilerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. T\u00fcm hastalar en az 315 g\u00fcn boyunca takip edildi. COVID-19 hastalar\u0131n\u0131n medyan ya\u015f\u0131 66, %56&#8217;s\u0131 erkek ve %77&#8217;si beyaz idi.<\/p>\n<p>Hastaneye yat\u0131\u015f veya \u00f6l\u00fcm riski (30 968 vaka) COVID-19 hastalar\u0131nda kontrollere g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksekti (ayarlanm\u0131\u015f tehlike oran\u0131 [aHR], 2.22), ancak grip hastalar\u0131na g\u00f6re biraz daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fc (aHR, 0.95).
