Alfa, beta, delta ve gama olmak \u00fczere d\u00f6rt kategoriye ayr\u0131l\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Devam eden COVID-19 pandemisinin nedensel ajan\u0131 olan \u015fiddetli akut solunum sendromu koronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)&#8217;dir ve ilk olarak \u00c7in&#8217;in Wuhan eyaletinde Aral\u0131k 2019&#8217;da tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00f6l\u00fcm oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 nedeniyle D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc 11 Mart 2020&#8217;de COVID-19&#8217;un bir pandemi oldu\u011funu ilan etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Viruslar genomik mutasyona u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, a\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemlisi virusun mutasyona u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeyi belirlemektir. SARS-CoV-2&#8217;nin di\u011fer beta koronaviruslarla evrimsel ili\u015fkisini anlamak i\u00e7in filogenetik a\u011fa\u00e7 temelli birka\u00e7 analiz yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Filogenetik a\u011fa\u00e7 olu\u015fturulan \u00f6nceki bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma SARS-CoV-2&#8217;nin genomik diziliminin BAT-CoV ile %88 benzer oldu\u011funu ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, bilim insanlar\u0131 COVID-19 hastalar\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 70 SARS-CoV-2 genomik dizisini izole ettiler ve sivri glikoprotein genini incelediler.
